Because of smart, the genius has been thought to be successful without hard-working. However, the person, who has a gift of ability but lack of experience gains from hard-working, may not succeed. Moreover, the natural ability, which does not be forged through education, cannot shine. Therefore, the mastermind has to work hard to be successful.

Human has to learn and study every day to gain experience from their faults. Some knowledge and experience cannot spontaneously earn, but only can gain from the working process. Making mistakes and learning from it promote the progress of individuals. Therefore, despite being smart, people still need to train and learn every day because they only have the ability to learn faster than everybody, but not the entire knowledge of the mankind. For an instance, if a genius baby is not prepared with basic things to live and the essence of math, he or she may be not able to learn the advanced knowledge. Whereas, the geniuses are endowed with many talents to learn faster than other people, they are required to know the fundament before reach the mountain of erudition.

As the lore of human beings is extending day by day, even though being geniuses, they can be left behind if do not update their information every day. Some philosophers believe that it is not enough to spend entire life to master the immense knowledge of human. Albert Einstein once said: “As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it”. The truth is the more you extend your understanding, the more infinite knowledge you discover. For an example, a child goes to kindergarten and finds that learning is easy and fun. Likewise, because of the basic tuition, junior student may find it is quite simple to learn at school. However, student may handle the medium knowledge from the high school curriculum with some difficulties. For freshmen, it is a challenge to absorb the enormous knowledge from the university. As the knowledge escalating, we have to catch the pace, or we will be left behind.

Albert Einstein has become a virtue by reveal his successful secret:” Genius is 1% talent and 99% hard work...” As we enjoy our intelligent brains, we do have to reinforce it through education and updating new information.
