Computers and modem have made it possible for office workers to do much of their works from home instead of working in office every day. Working from home should be encouraged as it is good for workers and employers. To what extend do you agree or disagree ?

 In this globalization, every thing seems to be connected worldwide. A modern technology, for example, has made our life more convenient such as the way people work. So far many officers office workers can work at from home rather than in office every day. This essay is convinced that this trend should be encouraged as it is good for both employers and employees. Money and time saving from congestion is one advantage for staff and business owners can also hire qualified workers from unlimited distance. I really like this statement, it's very strong and cohesive with previous sentences.

When employees work at home, they can save time and money from congestion. To go to work from home we have to spend time and money. The buses that we get on, for example, or a car that we drive to work. They all cost expense. Ones who live far away from their offices will certainly pay more. Moreover, this travelling causes fossil oil burning that emits carbon dioxide. For instance, in a big city, a long line of vehicles is a common scene in rush hours.

Employers can benefit this way of work too as the office workers who live far away can work for them. Some organizations hire experts from oversea to supervise their performance and to assist the work schedule to process smoothly, e.g.  These experts do not have to come directly to their employers present physically in the office. They just sit in front of their desk at home and work through internet connection. This can make the hirers’ business run smoothly and reach the targets.  In addition, those professionals’ payment seems to be lower than usual once they do not have to fly to the working places.

In conclusion, working from home instead of in office every day is an optional way that benefit both workers and employers. Moreover, it could help reduce the heavy traffic and emission of carbon dioxide.
