In this picture there is a group of young men standing or sitting outside a big red-brick building.

Three or four of the men are having their photograph taken. Most of them are wearing casual clothes, but one boy is wearing a suit.

I think they are not sure what to wear or what to do. They are just waiting for something or to go somewhere. There are some bags or backpacks on the grass. Maybe they have brought some books or clothes.

I think this is a college or a school, and it is the first or last day of the semester. From the trees and the grass, I think it is probably in the UK or the USA.
