Technology has become unavoidable part in our lives. From the basic level of mobile phones to the usage of internet, satellites almost everything has become incorporated in everyone day to day activity. Therefore, by providing some help in technological aspects to poor countries can help to improve their standard of living. Helping weak nations in practical aspect is much better than helping it financially is that if a certain amount of capital given to the government to improve a particular technology for example internet usage , What is the use if the people there lack knowledge regarding that ? Or if there is lack of man power there? Therefore by providing the nationals, with technology and practical advice in respect to that certainly sounds good. This can be easily compared to teaching a toddler to feed himself with the help of his cutlery set. Besides providing them with spoon we must also teach them to eat also. Next; there is yet another risk of some people using the capitals provided in an unfruitful manner.

         On the other hand, Funds spend on improving technology in a country which is lagging behind in its basic demands is merely obsolete. In those situations, it is advisable to help those countries financially. This will help to improve the standard of living of their citizens.

            In a nutshell, in order to make use of the funds in an efficient manner  it is absolutely essential to analyze the current situation of the country and to decide whether to help them financially or to offer them more regarding  practical  and technological aspects.

Remove all of these phrases. Seriously.

Dump them, forget them, shoot them at dawn, find a hole and bury them, put a stake through their slimy grey repellent hearts.

Having considered the respective of both views, I think technology and practial advice can help poor country develop faster.
