The bar graph displays the annual date production of top ten countries in tonnes in the year 2001.Overall, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia and UAE were top date producer in 2001.

AS shown in the graph, Egypt was on number one in date production. Egypt produced 200,000 tonnes more date than Iran.  Pakistan , Iraq, Saudi Arabia and UAE’s yearly date output  were  above 600,000 tonnes.

On there hand, Sudan and Libya accounted for less than 200,000 in date production. UAE date production was double than Algeria. Moreover, Omen was produced 210000 tonnes date in 2001.There was big difference between Oman and Egypt date production.

To conclude, Six countries produced over half a million tonnes dates a year and Algeria, Libya ,Oman and Sudan were less date productive country. Egypt was highest date producer whereas Libya was least date producing country.
