It's a very good question.

With Skype and Google Chat and Yahoo Messenger and loads of other tools, it should be easy to find someone to chat to, but how to find them?

I came across this website http://www.speaking24.com which seems like a great idea, but I'd advise you to be careful - it's not moderated and you are direct contact with people. And we all know there are some very strange people out there! The website does seem like an excellent idea, however.

I'd prefer somewhere where people have to sign up:

http://www.learnenglish.de/englishchat.htm#chat

http://www.englishbaby.com/findfriends

http://www.mylanguageexchange.com/

I haven't tried these, but they look genuine and safe. If anybody knows or uses any other ones, please let us know!

Hey, Enda, I want to improve my speaking english. As to me, this may be the hardest part. I want to get some pratices.

Do you know some websites I can speak to the native English speaker, or do you know some places that the IELTS students could speak to each others to get practices.
