The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.
The first bar chart portrays the reason for study due to the difference between ages, while the second bar chart shows the employer support by age group. Overall, more youths study for career, and most old individuals learn for interest. Employees under 26 receive by far the largest assistant from their employers.
Individuals choose career for study decrease gradually, however, increasing number of employees learn for interest as the age is rising. Specifically, there are 80% clerks under 26 study for career, the percentage is 7 times larger than the people who learn for interest. Equal proportion (40%) of workers study in both sides when the age between 40 and 49. A majority of individuals (70%) prefer to learn for interest.
As the age grow, from under 26 to 39, the support from employees decline dramatically from around 60% to 30%. However, the supports of over 39 employees increase again, though it much slower than the increasing trend.
To conclude, the clerks who just start their careers receive much more help from the managers than other ages. Employees care more about own interests rather than career when the age grows.
